HEALING TESTIMONIES FOR
|
CANCER |
|
- Twenty-two months
ago, I was given twenty-four months to live as
my ongoing fight with cancer had spread from my
chest to my skin and also to my spine.
Recently, my results came in and the doctors had
the pleasure of announcing my miracle. There are
no new tumors anywhere in my body!!! My thoracic
vertebrae, which had live tumors and an eroded
bone, are healing. The bone is actually also
rebuilding, which does not happen. The hole that
was in the T3 vertebrae is repairing. The
doctors say that remission isn't a word they
will use for five more years, but for now my
cancer is stable and there is no new evidence of
disease. They once again said, "Keep doing
whatever it is that you are doing." What I am
doing is believing in Jesus, following the
doctor’s orders, and being a part of an amazing
faith community that has made this journey
possible. Thank you to each of you that have
helped make this journey one of faith!!

- My nephew, who is
now 30, was diagnosed with brain tumor at age
18. Our church prayed and the morning of his
scheduled surgery, the doctor took one more MRI.
The brain tumor was gone. They did not have to
perform the surgery. He now is married and has
two beautiful children.

- My brother-in-law
was diagnosed with throat cancer. Our church
prayed. During his 16-hour surgery, the doctors
told the family that they were amazed how the
tumors just came out without any issues and all
cancer was removed completely. The surgery was
successful and he looks better physically now
than ever before.

- When I
was about 12 years old, Mother was diagnosed
with the last stage of uterine cancer. However,
the cancer was contained in the uterus. The
doctor was amazed that it had not spread
throughout her body. He removed the uterus and
she was cancer free....all because of God's
healing power!

- My Dad was
diagnosed with gallbladder cancer and given six
months to live. Brother Glass prayed for him in
the hospital. After surgery, the doctor said,
“It’s not cancer!”

- A close friend
was simultaneously diagnosed with two forms of
cancer requiring different surgeries to remove
the two cancers. After his first surgery, I gave
him a prayer cloth that I received at Faith
Church. He carried it everywhere he went. Prior
to the second surgery, my friend was checked.
The cancer in his urethra, which had been there
before, was gone. He gives God all the glory.

ACCIDENTS |
|
- As I was going to
work at 5:30 one morning, I was hit by an 18
wheeler and the back end of my car went under
the trailer. The back seat and trunk were
crushed on the right side of my car. The police
said, "This should be a fatality, but she is
OK". The only area of car not totaled was the
driver seat and window. My only injury was a cut
below my left eye. I was told that I would be
sore and was given medication for pain and
muscle relaxation, but I never used them. I only
missed one day of work after the accident and
that was because I had to buy a new car. I still
declare this as a miracle of protection.

- After being in a
head-on car collision, I was in excruciating
pain. X-rays showed a broken collar bone. After
prayer from our pastor, a second set of x-rays
revealed no break where there had been a clean
break visible earlier. My collar bone was put
back together.

- My daughter’s
sister-in-law fell while exercising, seriously
injuring her upper back and neck. After the
injury she was paralyzed from the neck down,
only able to move her left arm. The doctor said
she would never walk again. So, our church
prayed. The next day, she was able to move her
right arm. Later, when we visited her, we told
her that we believed in healing and about how
God had healed me and others. The next day after
our visit, she told her mom, "I know God is
going to heal me." It was amazing. Right after
she said that, her legs woke up and she could
feel and move them. The doctor then sent her to
rehab to help her learn to walk again. Our
daughter’s sister-in-law is now walking again
and was released from rehab after just one week.

ACID
REFLUX |
|
- I was diagnosed
with Barrett's disease, the stage leading to
cancer of the esophagus. Bro. Glass and the
Church prayed for me and I had a successful
surgery to repair my stomach to stop the acid
reflux and now my esophagus continues to heal. I
don't have to take the stomach medication or the
cough medicine I was on constantly for the
asthma and cough caused by the severe acid
reflux. With the respiratory issues I was
having, I was only getting around two hours of
sleep a night, less than 20 hours a week. The
only time I would really rest was when my
husband was driving us to and from Plano for
work. Now I am able to sleep and breathe without
any problems.

BACK |
|
- I had bulging disks
in my lower back. Brother Glass prayed for me.
After that, every time I felt pain, I thanked
God for healing me. I did that over and over
again, until one day I realized I no longer had
any pain. God had healed my back!

- Suffering from back
pain, I could hardly stand up. I went to the
doctor and he just gave me some pills for the
pain. I asked the church to pray and God has
healed me. I haven't had any problems since
then.

- The center of my
back had a knot in it. Brother Glass was
preaching about faith and gave several examples
of people being healed, like the lady with the
issue of blood touching the hem of Jesus'
garment. I went to the altar and when Brother
Glass prayed for me, it felt like a hand reached
into my back and pulled the knot right out. That
knot has not returned since.

- I returned home
from a business trip one afternoon and fell to
the ground when I tried to get out of my car. I
had a severe back spasm due to a herniated disc.
I couldn’t walk or stand for 36 hours. Brother
Glass came to my home and prayed a simple prayer
while I was lying on my couch. I immediately
stood up in faith and was able to walk pain
free.

BLADDER INFECTION |
|
- I suffered from
chronic bladder infections. The doctor
determined that I had deterioration of the
lining of my bladder wall. During a New Year's
Eve service, our pastor’s wife came and took me
to Brother Glass for prayer. From that moment
on, I went off all of my medicines and have had
no pain.

BRAIN
TUMOR |
|
- In June of 2011, I
was diagnosed with a "large" 1.2" tumor near my
brain. Along with being attached to my hearing
and balance nerves, it was pressing on my
brain-stem. Each doctor I spoke to told me that
the primary focus of each treatment option was
to save my facial nerve, which had most likely
been stretched and weakened, and remove all the
tumor in one attempt. After a Wednesday night
service, my family and I went to Bro. Glass'
office to discuss my surgical options. Bro.
Glass said he felt like praying for me right
then. We all felt a powerful move of the Spirit
and I walked away with total peace of mind
knowing that God was moving on my behalf. The
following day I felt a unique sensation where I
knew the tumor was. I believe that at that very
moment God was moving that tumor and repairing
any damage that had been done. God brought me
through the nine-and-a-half hour surgery with no
complications. The doctors were happy to report
that they had been able to remove the entire
tumor. The doctors had warned me that my face
might not be fully functional following surgery.
Not only was my face not paralyzed, but I didn't
even have the typical weakness or numbness that
followed this procedure! I thank God for
performing another miracle in my life and
healing me!

DETACHED RETINA |
|
- I went to the eye
doctor complaining of severely reduced
peripheral vision and a bright flash of light
occurring in the inner part of my eye. He
dilated my pupil, examined, and quickly saw what
he deemed to be a detached retina. I was
instructed to pack an overnight bag and be
prepared for surgery and an overnight stay. So I
went home, packed, called my wife’s parents, and
we all went to the parsonage right before a
Reach Meeting. Brother Glass laid hands on me,
we all prayed, and I proceeded to the retina
specialist in Dallas. After examining my eye,
the doctor found the problem in a short while.
Thank God, it didn’t require surgery, and after
a quick outpatient procedure, I was able to come
home. To this day I don’t have any problem with
my eyes!

EAR
INFECTIONS |
|
- My son had frequent
ear infections from the age of 2 months. The
doctor did not want to place tubes in his ears
due to his small size. However, my son could not
continue to have ear infections without losing
his hearing. I had Brother Glass and the church
pray for him and agreed that my son would not
have another ear infection. God healed him and
he never had another ear infection. My son never
had to have tubes put in his ears or have his
tonsils removed.

FEVER |
|
- I had an extremely
high fever and the moment our pastor prayed for
me I felt the fever leave my body, beginning at
my feet and rising up to my head. It was an
instant miraculous healing!

HEALING OUR CHILDREN |
|
- My daughter had
three fingers closed in the door. They
immediately began to swell and turn colors. My
mother-in-law immediately called our pastor’s
wife and she prayed. By the time my daughter's
fingers were x-rayed, the swelling had gone
down. There were no broken bones and only a very
small cut on her pinky finger was all that
remained.

- I was born
completely deaf. Through surgical procedures,
hearing aids, and speech therapy, God completely
restored my hearing and my ability to speak
clearly. When I was baptized at Faith Church, I
felt a sensation in my ears that I had never
felt before. Since that day, I have never had
any problems with my ears. Thank God!

- My daughter had a
severe kidney disease that could have resulted
in possible kidney failure and dialysis. Our
church prayed and she was completely healed with
no lasting effects.

disorder, with test results indicating possible
leukemia. We were unable to immediately get full
treatment, but the church prayed. His platelet
count went higher than it would have with the

prayed for, her temperature dropped.

- When I was 25 weeks
pregnant with twins, I began premature labor.
The doctor’s report gave the twins a 50% chance
of survival. If they did survive, there was a
70% chance they’d have lifelong complications,
such as cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, etc. I
was told that I’d end up delivering the twins
that week, if not that same day. I was confined
to a hospital bed, but miraculously didn’t
deliver them for 5 ½ more weeks. When they were
born, the doctor said the twins would probably
have to have heart and eye surgery. Brother
Glass prayed for them, along with the whole
church, and the twins are totally normal.

- When our daughter
was about 4 months old, she started having
difficulty breathing. We took her to the doctor,
who admitted her immediately. They decided to
care flight her to Children's Medical Center,
but before we left, we called Brother Glass to
come and pray for her. When she got to
Children's Medical Center, they couldn't find
anything wrong with her, and she was breathing
normally.

- Our baby was
choking, spitting up blood, and turning blue. We
rushed him to the ER, where they could not
stabilize him. His oxygen levels continued to
drop and doctors prepared us for the worst,
including intubation. Brother Glass walked in to
his room and started praying. Within minutes,
our baby was stabilized, and he didn't have to
go through the procedure.

- My Mom accidentally
slammed my finger in the car door. After we
pried my finger loose, it immediately swelled
and was badly bruised (appeared broken). My mom
prayed for my finger and took me to church.
Halfway through the church service, the size of
my finger had returned to its normal size and
the bruising was gone. My finger was completely
healed.

co-worker shared with me his concerns over his
2½ year old daughter not speaking, I invited him
to bring her to our church to have her prayed
for, which he and his wife did. Our church
agreed that the devil was not going to steal
these parents’ joy. Several months later, he
wrote me saying his daughter was, thriving,
speaking words and sentences, and, “she’s
socializing well with other kids and we are
praising God.”

HEART |

- My blood pressure
began to run high for no apparent reason. I had
Brother Glass pray for me. In a couple of days,
my blood pressure went back down to normal and
it has stayed there ever since.

- I had chest pains
for years and finally sought medical attention.
The doctor said I had an extra pathway inside my
heart. I was scheduled for a procedure where the
doctor was going to go in and burn the extra
pathway. During the church service before the
procedure was scheduled to occur, the entire
church prayed for me. The doctor was unable to
locate the extra pathway during the procedure. I
haven't had an issue since.

HIP/KNEE/FOOT |

- God healed my
knees. I could not bend my knees or walk up
stairs without terrible pain in my knees.
Brother Glass prayed for me. It was so powerful!
On my way home after church and at home, I
continued to worship and praise God. I started
bending my knees and there was no pain. God
healed me!

- In a freak
accident, I fell off the back of a truck and it
ran over my foot. After several x-rays and
treatments, it wouldn't heal. The pain was so
intense that I couldn't touch my foot to the
floor. The doctors were puzzled. One night at
church, I was prayed for and was instantly
healed. I dropped my crutches to the floor.

- I was completely
healed of broken foot when I was in the 8th
grade. I had a stress fracture in my foot from
football and came to church on crutches. I
couldn’t touch my foot to the ground. I was
healed that night and walked out carrying my
crutches.

walk, the doctor told me that I needed knee
replacements. I called Brother Glass and he
prayed. I gradually began to get better. I
rebuked the devil multiple times a day for a
while. Later, I had the pleasure of telling the
same surgeon, when he asked who did my knee
replacements, “GOD!”

MONONUCLEOSIS |
|
- I was diagnosed
with a severe case of mononucleosis during
college. The doctor said that I would have to
stop going to classes for six months to recover.
After being prayed for by our pastor’s wife, I
was completely healed of Mono and able to return
to college within weeks.

RESPIRATORY |

- I had a bad cough
that was persistent. It caused a tear from my
stomach to my belly button. The doctor couldn't
figure out what was causing the tear, which
became infected. I came to church on a Wednesday
night and had Brother Glass pray for me. The
next day the cough stopped and the tear closed
up. The doctor never could find the problem
because God healed it!

- I was born with
bronchial asthma. When I was 18 years old, we were
on a vacation. During this vacation, I had a bad
asthma attack and was wheezing and laboring to
breathe. My mother put her hand on my back and
started praying. The presence of God filled the
room and instantly, my next breath was normal.
At that moment, God completely healed me of
asthma and bronchitis!

SEIZURES |
|
- In 2006, I was
diagnosed with seizures and was restricted from
driving for six months. The doctors told me that
while they didn’t know why it started; there was
nothing that could be done to stop it except the
use of high doses of seizure medication, which
had little effect. Brother Glass prayed for me
and told me to hold steady that this was not an
illness, but an attack of the enemy to thwart my
effectiveness in the kingdom of God. I have been
seizure free for two years. They left as quickly
as they had come and I have no ill effects. I
thank God for his healing power and His Word
that says, “They that wait upon the Lord shall
renew their strength.”

SKIN
DISORDER |

- I was diagnosed
with very rare skin disorder (only 3 people in
the world had it at the time) when I was 18
years old. I was allergic to water on my skin
and whenever my body came in contact with water
for more than 5 minutes, it caused my skin to
itch badly. I prayed for God's healing, received
it and the disorder never re-appeared.
