WEDDINGS
 Faith Church of Sherman is delighted that you have chosen us to host your wedding. Our church can accommodate both small and large weddings. The Atrium can accommodate up to 300 guests and our Sanctuary can accommodate up to 1,000 guests and our Prayer Room up to 100 for a more intimate setting. We also have a beautiful bride’s room off of the main sanctuary and a room for the groom near the pastor’s study. The church has a fully functional kitchen as well as a large reception hall that will host both sit down and less formal wedding receptions.
WEDDING PLANNERS
Our Event Coordinators, Sylvia Brown and Tenneil Dutton are available for consultation by appointment. Your wedding coordinator will meet with you twice prior to your wedding rehearsal. Any additional time required must be arranged between you and your wedding coordinator. The church wedding coordinator is available to assist you in planning the logistics of your wedding and would be present to assist you in the rehearsal, actual wedding ceremony, and scheduling for access to the facilities. The wedding coordinator will assist with the logistics at
the rehearsal and the wedding. She can direct people to where they need to stand, where they need to be and handle all the details that surround the event. She will be working in background to make sure that everything flows smoothly in both the rehearsal and the wedding to take that added level of stress off the Bride. The wedding coordinator is not a wedding planner and as such only assists with the details that surround the actual ceremony. Outside wedding coordinators/planners are welcome; however, the coordinator assigned by Faith Church will coordinate the rehearsal and wedding unless other arrangements are made in advance.
 Sylvia Brown - As a Wedding Coordinator, Florist, and Event Planner, Sylvia has over 25 years of experience insuring that your special day is hassle free and full of joy. She will be happy to answer questions and help in any way she can to make your wedding day flow as smooth as possible.
 Tenneil Dutton - As Assistant Wedding Coordinator, Tenneil will assist you in staying organized during this time of joy. Whether you just said "I will" or you’re a month away from saying "I do", she will help take the worry out of planning and help give you peace of mind.
